Hi folks,
I'm new here. I have been having problems with my 2014 Santa Fe washers not working in the cold weather.
I took it to the dealer and they said that there was ice in the tank. They charged me $65.00 to flush it out and refill it with new fluid. They said there was ice in it. he fluid that was in it is the same fluid that I use in my other car. It is good for -20 degrees F.
I wasn't happy to pay the money but they now work! It was near ) degrees in Chicago this morning and they worked.
Now the problem. The tank is now leaking. There was a blue puddle in the driveway when I pulled out. Has anyone replaced one before. I'm afraid to go back to the dealer for fear of the cost for a new one.Has anyone seen a video to R and R it?

Thanks,

Bill

Finally got the leaking problem resolved, maybe. The dealer replaced the gasket between the pump and the tank. That fixed the leak. Just yesterday they replaced the pump. Next week here it is going to get pretty cold. We'll see what happens.
