Love my Hyundai Sante Fe 1.9 diesal 55 plate never any problems until 3 months ago it started miss firing when accelerating, just a slight juddering feeling (similar to a faulty spark plug if it were petrol).
Went in for service a mechanic thought it was the fuel filter sensor as you can only hand tighten fuel filter to this and if slightly overtightened the threads slipped, therefore he thought maybe air was being sucked in.
Have replaced sensor but unfortunately it is still the same, over rev and it picks up but just right revs and it judders.
Any ideas please?
