The geniuses at Hyundai designed the hood that makes it impossible to pull the wiper arms up to replace the blades. Obviously the hood will be have to be raised but any other hints to help?!

It's not a design issue. It was designed for aerodynamics, Both wind noise and MPG improvements. And also aesthetics,. Who wants to see wiper blades?
