Problem with 2020 Santa Fe and Receiving Texts

I am having a weird issue with receiving texts on screen. I have had the dealer try to figure out what is wrong, but they just reset the whole system and the problem is still happening.

Here's is what is going on:

[*]After successfully connecting my Samsung S20 Ultra via Bluetooth
[*]When I get an incoming text, I get a display on the screen but it first displays a really old texted phone number
[*]When I look at the text log using the phone button and messages, I see both the new text and the really old text, which the car thinks is also recent
[*]I am going in again to the dealership to get a windshield replaced (ouch, but good thing for $0 deductible).


Just to make sure, I am updated to the latest software on both the car and my android phone.

Any help would be appreciated and I am heading back to the dealer on Monday.
