Premium Seats Upgrade for both front seats 2018 XL

Has anyone attempted to upgrade passenger seat with a power seat out of a "Luxury" model. Or out of the shorter wheelbase S.F.? Can I just buy the entire seat & base, & swap the seat itself from my current Non power seats to the nicer ones? Seems to me the wrecking yards are saying you have to use the whole pwr seat assembly.
