I was looking to install some LED headlight bulbs because the stock halogen were just not bright enough and they didn't match the LED accents. So I looked up the replacement Low beam bulb (H11) and I purchased a set of LED's online. Once I received them I open up hood and when I took out the existing ones they had a weird connector. the bulb had 2 metal pieces attached to the side and when you put it in they slide into two slots on the side of the housing... but does not look like you could replace these even with a standard halogen bulb either.

Any one else run into this?

I have relaced all the head lamps/foglamps on my 2016 Santa Fe. Brought them all from Amazon. The low beams were easy and standard H11. There were no tricks here. However, the high beams were a P.I.T.A...they are the H7 bulb, the one with the clip. The clip broke, trying to get the bulb past the larger fan housing and had to replace the entire headlamp assembly. (CarParts.com, CAPA Certified $350.00+) purchased mini H7 with no fan from Amazon (OXILAM Mini Size H7 LED Bulbs, 6000K White Super Bright CSP Chips LED Conversion Kit Wireless, Replacement Halogen Light Bulb, Pack of 2 (Upgrade) Installed in 5 minutes. The High beam is the DRL on this model and there appears to be no difference between the DRL brightness of the high beam brightness. That doesn't bother me, at all. However, if you can figure out how to dim them, let me know, please?
