Hello all! I'm the new owner of a 2017 Santa Fe AWD Limited Ultimate with Tech package. I previously leased the Genesis but due to family demands needed a larger vehicle.. I have had some early issues with slight hesitation when accelerating from a slow start from time to time.. The dealership reset the adaptive transmission valves, but that only seems to help short term.. The vehicle is still just shy of 1000 miles.. I'm hoping its just a early new car glitch that will work it self out. Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

A quick pic of the little lady the day before I signed papers on her!

Hello and welcome to the site! Congrats on your Santa Fe, it looks great! May it provide unlimited fun and unhampered travel across all terrains for as long as you two are together. Enjoy the time behind its wheel!
I took delivery on a 2017 Limited Ultimate AWD in late April and have not experienced any hesitation in the first 650 miles. I did notice a sluggish reaction when entering a hill at low speed indicative of transmission not downshifting quickly enough. A push on the accelerator forced a downshift. I'm getting around 24 MPG in mixed driving which is better than I anticipated. I'm pleased with the ride and handling and responsiveness of the V6.

Thanks for the info.. Have around 1500k miles on the vehicle now... I still have the hesitations although they seem to be fewer and further in between... I'm having a love hate relationship with it at the moment.. Some days the car drives much like a smooth sports car. Others days it drives like a heavy suv.. I defiantly believe there is something going on with mine.. I'm glad to hear that yours is running like a well oil machine... In a SUV market that is lacking options with the second row captain chairs it definitely functions well for the family.
