All is pretty good so far, as I weed my way through the voluminous and poorly written Owner's Manual (the index is useless!). I'm trying to get the digital key on my Android phone to work. Using the app, I can lock/unlock and stop/start the engine when I'm outside the vehicle. But when inside with the phone in the charging cradle the car says no smart or digital key found! Anyone know what's up with that and what I might have mis-configured? Thanks in advance!

Finally called Bluelink support about this, and talked to someone who didn't seem to know much more than I, but she kept putting me on hold to talk to higher-ups (I presume!). Bottom line, she came back to tell me that the phone digital key isn't a feature with the PHEV Limited trim, but only with the SEL version (?). She said the Limited, as the name implied, was "limited" in what it could do (!). And I always thought it was the highest trim level with everything the PHEV offers.... I don't believe that is true, as my car has setups to activate a phone digital key, etc.

She did say that the digital NFC card would work with my Limited, and that one should have been included with the car. Did anyone else get one included with your car? That would be a better option for me than the phone anyway, but I refuse to believe the phone somehow can't be made to work (Galaxy S21 Ultra), but this battle may not be worth fighting/

So I am back and fourth with Hyundai and bluelink about missing features on my 2023 Luxury HEV (Only trim level for HEV/PHEV in Canada). The claim is this model is supposed to have heated and cooled seat options in bluelink - it is listed in their feature grid for Canadian models, but for some reason we just don't have it. The last communication from my dealer is that they want to replace the head unit - they claim Hyundai Tech Support is stating the headunit must have an internal software glitch. Ok then. :)

BTW, we don't even get the digital key feature up here in Canada for any Hyundai model.
