We have only 34,000 on ours.
You can't really give a quote on how many miles someone will get out of a set of brakes..
no 2 people drive the same ..
each persons vehicle will vary upon how they drive and brake ..
were pretty easy on brakes we average around 60 grand ish ..

check your owners manual Bob, look under (I think) performance settings ie-economical or sport. My car does the same ('18) when in cruise and going down a hill it will use the transmission to downshift forcing an engine brake to keep it on the speed you've set. Possibly a different setting such as "sport" mode would allow it to free idle down the hill... ???... let us know how you did, it is annoying, but may be just how the engineers at Hyundai designed it.
