Hyundai Case Manager Unresponsive

Anyone have a Hyundai Case Manager that is unresponsive? Told that my claim was approved and with Finance to issue a check - that was back on 3/22 and now it is 5/10. I'm looking for a way to reach someone that will respond. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem with a replacement battery issue on our ‘22 Tucson. Keep on top of them weekly and if the first person you speak to can’t help, ask for a supervisor. Ask for follow up dates, keep notes of dates and who you spoke with. We contacted them back in February’23 about a check for replacement battery and it finally arrived this week.
