2017 Santa Fe Sport purchased the warranty where you get such things i.e. windshield wipers, wheel alignment etc.. Question is how does one go about “cashing in on these?” My understanding is they are not covered by the dealership. Any help is greatly appreciated.

"purchased the warranty" where? Ask the company who you bought from

Purchased it from the dealer when I bought the car. Reached at to the dealer numerous times to inquire and all I got was the sounds of crickets.

a person from the dealership issued the warranty and took your money on behalf of them. Read your warranty paperwork closely and then find him/her for a talk

Been there done that. Read it closely; sales person no longer works there. It’s all good I’ll figure it out. Thanks anyway.
