2017 Hyundai Santa Fe-I started getting this message: Auto braking disabled temporarily. Dealer did a $200 diagnosis and said all systems were good. It must be my Toll Tag is in the way of the camera. My Toll Tag has been there for 6 years with no problem. How should I respond? I plan to get the car tomorrow, scrape off the tag and test drive it. If I continue to get the error message and if they say "All systems check out fine", what is my next step? Service Manager? Who is next in line above him in the Hyundai Chain of Command?

Without auto braking the Smart Cruise won't work and for an old person that makes the car almost useless--especially if you have had knee replacement and can't keep a steady pressure on the pedal.

The toll tag should not be the problem. Your cameras are affixed to the windshield on the inside of your SF. Unless you mounted the tag to the outside of the window ( I don’t think so ), in front of the camera, there must be another issue.
I agree with you. After I removed the tag we still got the message. The dealer was trying to find an explanation since their diagnosis turned up no codes. Since that didn't work they are going to try some more and hopefully escalate the request up the line to Hyundai.
