what does the door lock recall consist of? what is the problem? 2 hor drive to dealer Thanks....Pat

Can you please tell me which model/year Santa Fe was recalled? Thx.

There is a TSB on the locks, NOT a recall.

Not much real detail, just that:

CERTAIN 2013 SANTA FE SPORT & SANTA FE VEHICLES THE POWER DOOR LOCK MAY NOT FUNCTION. 06/03/14*LJ

My door locks stopped working on Santa fe 2011 with remote or automatically when in drive mode or unlock when back to park mode. Remote control batteries are okay, checked the fuse and it is fine.... Now what could be the problem. Can anybody help please
