I really doubt it, since most dealers have a very limited number of loaner vehicles (my dealer has ONE), and they don't loan it long term. However, many dealers are providing a rental car instead. And some nothing at all. So talk to them and see what they say. Affected vehicles can leave you stranded at any time, so unless the SF is only used in the city, I wouldn't risk traveling with it as is. My SF barely cleared the recall, but I'm not fully satisfied it's not included yet, since Kia reported the issue fixed until August, vs Hyundai in March. And then mine could have issues with the other oil pump not recalled. Very little information to go by at the moment, so we all have to wait and see. Finally, I think Hyundai is only going to put a band-aid software update (similar to the one implemented on the 2.0Ts using the knock sensor as a con-rod bearing detector, which was crap) only, and keep replacing the transmissions if the HP pump codes surface. So in reality, they're NOT going to fix the problem if that report is true. Unfortunately, I don't doubt that at all. But will keep watching the forums for more answers. If my SF was affected, and that was the fix, I'd replace it. I use it for long trips, so a ticking bomb with the family on board is not a solution I'd be willing to accept. I'm crossing my fingers that the recall is not expanded, swallowing my SF too, since it barely cleared. We'll see

. Good luck.
