Good afternoon! I purchased a used 2018 Santa Fe Sport. at 35,000 miles from CarMax. No one but Puente Hills (California) Hyundai has serviced this car since I purchased it in DEC 2020. My service advisor says I need to change the coolant and that I'm overdue for service at 55,000 miles. Hyundai dealer websites say the following:
How often should you change coolant in a Hyundai Santa Fe?
Typically, you should have your Hyundai Santa Fe coolant flush completed every 30,000 miles or every two years. There are some instances where your automobile can go without a flush for a longer period of time
My owner's manual says I can wait 10 years or 100,000 miles before a coolant change.
This is confusing to say the least. What are your views about coolant changes?

What does the service guy say when the book says 10years/100K miles? Stealerships make their money on service dept., not sales. They told me at my 5K oil change that it should be on the severe service schedule and oil changes at 3500 miles
