When driving my 2021 Santa Fe, I find that my left elbow will often engage the back door child lock accidentally. My grandkids can then not get out of the car when we reach a destination. If they lolly gag, I often have to return to the car to let them out. Is there a way to just disable the child lock feature?

I have the same issue. It also puts the window lock on. The button sits too high where my arm rests and I don't know it's been pressed.
