Thank you for your efforts. However the page tells me that the video is no longer available. I did find another video on changing the parking brake shoes and it showed me the cable connections. It did not indicate whether or not the hub and bearing had to be removed to get at the connection of the cable. I will see that for myself when I get the rotor off. At the moment one bolt holding the calipher bracket was worn round by some earlier intervention and that has to be overcome, first. It will be a week to get new bolts shipped by Hyundai and they come in a package of 5!!!!!

Thank you but this is not the 2006 Santa Fe. The 06 cable attaches inside the drum.
