I have a 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate that has begun to have an issue with bluetooth/phone functionality for about 2 weeks now. Whenever I make a call, either through voice command, android auto, or just physically picking up the phone while in the car, I cannot hear the party on the other end. They can hear me. It also does not matter whether I initiate the call or they call me, the result is the same.
My phone works fine in our other vehicle so the problem seems to be with the car.
Any ideas/ suggestions?
