The fourth-generation, 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe crossover has been presented in South Korea.

The Santa Fe is an important product for Hyundai in North America. The company has moved 1.5 million examples of the SUV in the US, making it the best-selling vehicle in HyundaiUSA’s 32-year history. Like the Hyundai Kona, the 2019 Santa Fe features its corporate ‘Cascading Grille’, along with an upright and widened stance, LED daytime running lights and LED headlights. Hyundai says the suspension geometry has also been improved for a more comfortable ride, while an optional self-levelling suspension further improves comfort and ensures a comfortable ride with heavy cargo on board, or when towing a trailer.

I am a Santa Fe owner since 2006. I currently own a Santa Fe XL Limited. I want to express my deep disappointment with the 2019 Santa Fe line up. I do not like that front grill it looks plasticky and cheap. I do not like the infotaiment system screen on top of the dash, I do not like that Hyundai keeps removing HPs from the 2.0 Turbo engine and I am specially and extremely disappointed with the fact that there is not V6 available any more for my XL.
I thought Hyundai was trying to improve performance on their vehicles but this is just going on the opposite direction. And no, just to have a V6 I do not want to go for the new 8 seaters (probably new Veracruz) or the Genesis SUV’s on the making.
It is a real shame but it looks like the end of an era for me, after 12 years of being a loyal Hyundai customer I feel so disappointed that I most likely will be moving to a different brand.

No V6 available anymore

I owned several Hyundai products since 2004 (Tucson, Elantra, Accent) and I want also to express my deep disappointment with the 2019 Santa Fe line up, with the fact that there is not V6 available any more for XL.
I was in the process to get a Santa Fee (waiting for 2019 version) but now I will have to move on a different brand.
Very bad decision from Hyundai !
