Anyway that this was caused by tire dressing? They put it on so thick at detail shops that it could have run off?

2014 SFS 2.0T - Oil stains!
Hey guys, new here. As my user name suggests I'm a Honda guy and have always have and will be.
However, my step dad took a '14 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T with Navi home last night after a few months of going back and forth between a few other CUV's.
Well after one night of it sitting in the drive way I've noticed something alerting.
Walked outside to get the mail and I immediately noticed 4 grease or oil spots where each wheel would have been. I'm alarmed that it could be brake fluid but I'm not sure. It's dark colored with out any red tint to it. I rubbed my finger in it some and smelled it and it smelt like grease or oil.
Any of you had or known of this problem? What could it be?
20-upper 30 degrees F for the past few weeks here in NC and today it's low 20's with 6 inches of snow.
