Hello, can I have some suggestions where to go to fix my car if I have an issue with my door

I can unlock my door, either way with remote or manually by pressing the button from both side (driver and passenger), but unfortunately I can't lock them. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated, thank you.

Oh, btw, I have tried to bring my car to some mechanics, but they said I must bring my car to an electrician, kind of confusing though
