    I went to change the bulb in the 23 SEL but it seems like it has no wiring harness attached and seems like a contact powered bulb like the one in dome light? But when i try to twist it, it won't come off. Any ideas? It's fairly new so it can't be stuck like it did on some of my old cars. see...
