I was able to remove the 10mm bolt, using a 1/4' rachet with an extension but could not remove sensor from block.
I watched some You Tube videos and they say to rotate counter-clockwise to the 9'oclock position to remove.
I was only able to rotate it to the 10'oclock position and it's still...
